The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.4 You must notify bit86 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bit86 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.5 bit86 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
3.6 Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required to unlock full withdrawal capabilities. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a recent selfie. bit86 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.1 All financial transactions on the bit86 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bit86 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonuses credited to your bit86 account cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
5.5 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and are not transferable between accounts.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
8.3 The bit86 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bit86. You must not use any bit86 trademark without our prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bit86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 bit86's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bit86 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 bit86 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bit86's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 bit86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, bit86 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings.
10.3 You may close your bit86 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus funds.
10.4 bit86 may also suspend or close accounts in compliance with a direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent bit86 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
